Chema's house

On the main street of Torre-Alháquime, between Setenil and Olvera, Bar Restaurante Chema is the bar every village wishes it had: a grill going all day, a terrace on the square and a dining room where the pueblo celebrates everything — baptisms, first communions, birthdays and company lunches.

Chema runs the room like a host at home — and the kitchen sends out plates that make the reviews repeat the same word: generous.

“A great host. Chema is attentive, cordial and genuinely helpful — he goes out of his way to make sure his clients feel comfortable.”

“A place with prices we hadn't seen in a long time — quality, quantity and more than reasonable prices.”
